A phone call from the middle of a war - IMAGINE | Reflections for the week - Arun Kumar Chokkappa

Hi -

From the warmth of your encouraging comments to witnessing a war that continues to baffle the world, this week felt heavier than usual. I found myself running short of the energy needed to process it all, falling into the trap of overthinking and future-based anxiety.

That’s when my friend Naresh, who is currently in the midst of the ongoing Middle East conflict, called. He casually quoted Seneca: "We suffer more often in our imagination than in reality."

It hit me how time-tested that truth is. I had to stop and recall what John Lennon left for us during such testing times—the simple power to Imagine.

Imagine all the people living life in peace. You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one. I hope someday you'll join us, and the world will be as one.

Review of the week for An Architect's Dilemma

I have a small request: If An Architect’s Dilemma offered you a moment of escape or a new perspective during these noisy times, would you share that "moment" with others?

Rather than a formal review, just tell: Which part of the book felt the most "real" to you? Your comments on Amazon help other "readers/dreamers" find this work.

"I truly value your time and space. If you’d prefer not to receive these updates, please just reply to this email and let me know—no hard feelings at all!"

With Gratitude,

Arun
